George III penny “cartwheel” - extremely worn [solved]

I’ve found what I think is a George III “cartwheel”.

It is extremely worn but you can sort of make out the blur that would’ve been Britannia and a blur of George’s portrait. There’s also, I think, the O R G of George left on the rim and half the X of REX.

I can post photos later but I wondered what you thought the value of such a worn coin might be please? (I see a decent one of these is actually worth quite a bit...)
You would need to post images (photos or scans) of both sides of your coin, along with weight and diameter, before any estimate at value could be made but by the sounds of it, you won't be retiring any time soon!
Just because you can't see it ... doesn't mean it isn't there - Anon.

😄 Don’t worry, I wasn’t dreaming that big.

I’ll try to get a good picture later.
I've managed to get 14 cartwheel pennies without even trying, so they're not too hard to find.

Unfortunately, in the condition you've described, I'm not sure you could sell it at all. As you stated, cartwheel pennies in good condition can fetch a pretty good price. However, worn/damaged ones don't seem to be worth anything at all. :(
It’s so worn that it’s near impossible to get a good photo.

Given Zoinsy’s comment, I think I’ll just assume we’re not even talking enough to even cover a small beer...
