First of all, I would like to apologize if I offend any users of the site.

For example, on some coins on Numista, the French reference noted as F# is in the comments of some coins on the French side since there can be things such as F#191.1 and F#191.2. However, this is mostly irrelevant to people on the English side since we will usually use catalogs in English. Similarly, the same thing happens with comments on the English side that might not be needed on the French side.

Therefore, I propose that there is an option for referees or people making suggestions to the catalogue to be able to click an option to not show the comment on the other side.

Thanks for reading, sorry if I wasted your time or offended you.
Why would you offend anyone by this? :) I agree on the irrelevancy in some cases, but sometimes, it is useful, especially with old coins with minimal info. Could you share the page you had in mind?

I think more is better so why can't we just used most relevant informtion for everyone ?
I have reference books in languages that I don't speak, even I like to know to wich book it refer. Because this way I can always purchase the book if it make sense to me :-)
I don't feel the need to make 2 different site between French and English.
Always look on the bright side of life!
I believe it doesn't hurt to have the information available in both languages. Of course there are more chances you find the references from Le Franc useful if you are French, but it could be useful for anyone collecting French coins.
