Can anyone explain the differences between the different Pick-numbers?
The 1993 issue has a separate page

The P25 and P44 are on the same page

I suggest moving them all together onto the second page (for which I just submitted a big update). For the other Koruna notes there is no splitting by Pick between 1993 and later years ...

There's a fairly subtle colour change between the 1993 issue and the later notes. The later notes have more red on them.

Subtle means that there is no significant change in design, so I'd suggest to merge the coinpages and just add the differences in the comments.

No, subtle just means that you need a good photograph or scan to see it. Put the two notes side by side and it's clear.
