Dominion of Pakistan
- Georges VI (1947-1952)
- Elizabeth II (1952-1956)
Islamic Republic (of Pakistan) (1956-date)
And lastly the Republic, to take it to the modern days :)
But it doesn't seem like the british monarchs haven't had the big impact, on the coinage at least: No name, monogram nor face on the coins, and the years don't follow the monarches life and dead. According to KM, standard catalough of world coins, 47th ediditon, 2020, page 1709, the period from 1947 (British withdrawal from India) to 1956, they were a British dominion, but the catalough only contain "Islamic Republic". Oldest coin in the catalough was from 1948, and that's catagorised under the Islamic Republic. The catalough furthermore doesn't list Georges VI nor Elizabeth II as rulers of Pakistan in the dominion period
If that makes sense?
