I am following up on the issue of photo size limits.
We currently have:
12 MB per form submission, 8 MB per uploaded photo
I think 8 MB works well.
But usually the obverse and reverse photos are about the same size. So currently I cannot upload 2 × 7 MB photos at the same time. I am exploiting the limit by uploading the photos in different requests. I've done this for about 20 notes now, like this one:

Unless there's any other limitation I am not aware of, wouldn't it make sense to increase the form limit to 17 MB (2 × 8 MB photos + a small watermark photo)?
