Robo dolly tagger

Hi
I was just wondering if robo-cop could propose tags when exact phrase from "tag" list is on coins page among description of reverse or obverse. Referees would still have to go for yes or no. In case of a negative decision, page should be indexed in the way, that robo-cop does not bother referee again, at least not until a (major??) change in description would occur.
Such functionality could be ran or could help referee also everytime new coin/note is added.
