In comparison, Numista added 1,713 new members in May 2019 and 1,570 new members in May 2018.

1,823 of May's new members selected a nation. 107 nations are represented this month. 384 are American, 218 are French, 185 are British, 172 are Indian, 76 are Canadian, and 55 are Brazilian.

29 users from May still have not selected a nation.

There were notable surges in memberships from Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Panama, Tunisia, and Uruguay.

Andorra, Armenia, Aruba, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Belarus, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ghana, Guyana, Haiti, Isle of Man, Ivory Coast, Libya, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nigeria, Oman, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Reunion, Senegal, Thailand, Venezuela, and Zambia each gained one new member.

68% of May's new users belong to one of the Top Ten nations on Numista by user count (USA, France, India, UK, Canada, Belgium, Australia, Philippines, South Africa, Brazil). Ireland passed Colombia for 44th rank.

Of the top ten nations, Brazil grew the fastest in May (2.6% increase), while Belgium grew the slowest (1.07%). France grew by 1.1% and the USA grew by 1.6%.
