On the French side you'll notice the comments are different and refer to "no series" and "A-series".
So it's either a matter of wrong comments on the English side as I don't see any differentiation in Pick-number (according to https://www.pmgnotes.com/priceguide/world-note-prices.aspx?deid=1750013&subcat=1928%20Issue&fromsearch=true there is still a specimen to be added).
