C'est proche mais pas encore ça.
La légende revers du lien finit par COS III.
Ici, c'est quelque chose comme COS VII PP (pas sûr du VII, la photo est mauvaise)

En fait, il ne s'agit pas de Marc-Aurèle, mais de son fils Commode, effectivement.
