Belarus ruble control coupons

When I first started collecting I bought a very large lot of uncirculated world paper money and included were several full sheets of these control coupons. They are listed in the Modern Issues volume of Standard Catalog of World Paper Money, with a prefix of A on the Pick numbers (P# A1 to A31, 1991 to 1994). Should they be entered in the Numista catalogue or not?

Would it hurt to add them, even if it's as a reference for other collectors?
There locally issued German and Austrian Notgeld, locally issued UK banknotes, military banknotes, so I think they should be included within the country of issue.

Never seen any, but fascinating
I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.
For all you banknote collectors. Link to my swap list.

Thanks for your opinion, fellow COINMAN, I will try in a few days to enter them and see what happens when a referee gets them. If they have Pick numbers in the main catalogue, seems to me they have a place in Numista.
Nobody seems to object yet.
