They should be listed, as they were issued by the Taiwanese Government in 2009 & 2020.

There are so many banknotes missing from the catalog and you are insisting on this type of....things. Not even Colnect list them, and they list all kind of stupid items.

The Taiwanese Stimulus Vouchers are intended to be a type of temporary currency that has been issued by the Taiwanese Government.

Of course, there are a lot of banknotes & coins that remain unlisted in the catalogues here - along with Community & Complementary Currency notes & Postal Orders.

They are issued by the Government of Taiwan.

Postal orders are also issued by a postal administration - which is usually owned by a government.
