I assume something when wrong when your browser verified the certificate of Numista. I'm not able to reproduce the issue.

I found a possible solution at https://superuser.com/questions/755755/sec-error-ocsp-server-error-when-trying-to-open-a-https-page

1. Open the page "about:config" in Firefox
   
2. Inverse the setting "security.OCSP.require" from true to false or the other way around and restart Firefox. This should clear the OCSP cache.
   
3. You may want to reset "security.OCSP.require" to its original value.
