Quality of some pages is horrifying

Just the worst example I came across recent time but sadly just one in line that's getting longer and longer.
Protecting n00bies self-esteem or what not with all due respect but we have to draw the line somewhere and stuff like this has left the line a mile behind itself.
I just hope this was a miss-click on the publish button and not a conscious decision.
Without the picture which is of an unauthorized source this page would have zero value.

I know there are only so many people able to check the influx o new pages but then we have to push for new referees filling vacant positions as soon as possible to guarantee at least the minimum standard for a page.
I totally agree with you, that's the biggest mess I've seen in the catalog to be honest. I already volunteered to take other countries a a referee, no answer yet, but is still time.
I would like to claim it as a miss click...but I honestly do not even remember seeing this. I was in the middle of a long distance road trip. And I remember looking at some mods versus new page creations. On my phone. I can only apologize.

Thanks for catching it. I believe it should be rather more acceptable. The portrait is identified. As is the Pick number. I made the type to the image, and then deleted the unacceptable image.

Thank you.
I've got a lot of critics not accepting pages like that. "It's better to have a bad page than no page at all", I have been told. I still would ask the creator to edit that page. It's more about the personal stats than making a good addition...
